KKK Holds First Virtual Cross-Burning on Zoom

By Drew Valdez

-- The Ku Klux Klan is not letting a global pandemic get in the way of any of their activities as they conducted their first ever cross-burning via the popular conference app, Zoom. According to some members we spoke to, this activity was the first one that came to mind when they heard of lockdowns being enforced across the country. However, it never posed a threat to the gatherings as one member’s swift, Aryan thinking led him to suggest trying it out virtually.

“We basically just put our names in a random name generator to help us pick who was gonna be the one to go out and burn the cross that week,” one brother said. The member that led the first one, Adam, said, “It was kinda weird at first being out there by myself, but once I saw my brothers joining the call and their white hoods popping up on the screen, it made me feel right at home.”

One member said, “Even though our superior genetics will keep us from getting the China Virus, we think of it as a good thing that we don’t have to see any of the inferior races on our way to the burning.”

Another member said as a tear rolled down his cheek, “I would’ve hugged my fellow clan members a little tighter if I knew we were gonna be in quarantine for a few months."
